Can't help but glow within your arms
In my imagination
Like a sunset flaring
Can't help but receive your smile
Like it's medicine
Because I've had so many heartaches
Can't help...got a love streak for you
Have a secret love affair about you
I'm drawn to needing you
Your love that's rare
Can't help but be alone too long
Without you
I'm addicted to needing to breathe you
In and out like an inhaler
Need a release of love
Can't help but be unsure of love
Been wrapped up in deceit
Not so sure if...
In my imagination

Love is hard to own
Love is hard to own
I dream everyday of winning it
Like the lottery,
I search for the hidden ticket
I'm attracted to you like a magnet
I feel propelled in your direction
Just need to pull back from your angle
And you are mine
Your the excitement
I'm your mine
I need to belong to someone
I get bored loving myself all the time
I'm so happy
When you say I'm your girl
Being too lonely can be a sin
Make you feel your undefined
I dream everyday of winning it

Shimmering at me
Shined to perfection
Parked just for me
Flashy, sheen
Show car
Straight from out of a gallery,
Down the street
Show me places where your red love comes from
Drive me like your my brightest star
Showing me the way
Take me to love
Show me what life is about
Tell me what esteem you're boosting of
Tell me you will always be there
To pick me up
You parked purposely in front of me
Show me the love you have to share

I want to feel in the driver's seat

for my own perfection
In the moment
I want to feel strong, close to God,
in touch with power

I want to be happy to be alive

I want to be greatful about something
Or someone
In the moment

I want to feel like I'm worth a lot

When I first saw you
When I first saw you
Thought you were full of love
Up to the brim of ectesy
A ripe peach you were
bursting out to me
You asked to be picked
Thought you were
Whispering and singing
Romance to me
Your romance tricked me
For I couldn't hold onto it
Cause it broke
Into hurtful words
That bit me quickly
Sharp words I refused
To hear
Your touch turned rough too soon
For me to feel
Your love for me
Thought you were full of love

All I can feel is an escription of you
Plastered on my heart locket

Listening intently
I trace the eco of your voice
As you walk past
Your voice...it's lows and high tones
Outside these thin walls I live in
Through these cold windows
I breathe into
I reach out to you
Through my mind
Calling out silently
Addressing your name
I'm mesmerized by your love vibrations
Calling for them daily
Asking
Begging
Pleading to God

I want to break down your defense
This frozen thick ice sheet between us
Shews me away from it's territory
With it's towering block of cold
It melts away with my every unsure thought
Confusion asks me how to break through to you
I stare through this thick ice shield
A rock hard defense of yours
Pounding, I'm pounding
Want to break down it's selfish walls
To talk to you

I'm like yesterday's year to you
This year you tore the beautiful scented rose you gave me apart
And threw all the petals through the air
They withered when they hit the ground
Your like a wild tiger that grew restless and weary of me in the jungle
You treated me like I had a part in yesterday's Twilight Zone show
You got mesmerized but went the wrong way
You took my dog Toto #2 and stole it so I couldn't find my way to Oz in my dreams
With each passing day,
You fade more and more from my memory
Like a popular TV show that I used to watch religiously that went out of style ...
And threw all the petals through the air
They withered when they hit the ground

Sorry I dropped it, your love
Your love is like a pretty glass vase
I cherished
That shattered and broke onto the floor
By accident, on your purpose
To my surprised disappointment
I cry over it's sharp pieces
That I don't want to cut me
Mishshapen pieces which I
Try to glue back together
With glue drenched fingers
But I can never fit the pieces
together right
To rebuild the vase
Feeling empty and guilty
I keep trying
Sorry I dropped it
But should have done it on purpose
For you don't really care
