keep your head up
I bet my life that you have heard this all before,
That sometimes life gets ruff,
But that's never a reason to give up.
Just keep your head up,
Because I know you can.
Always keep your best foot forward.
Its never over,
Unless you make it that way.
So follow your dreams,
Never let people drag you down.
I bet my life you forgot how it feels,
To be yourself.
But just know,
That even in the hardest of times,
I will be there.
I will be there when you are sad,
When you wish to take your life,
When no one else is there,

Dream
I lay here,
Awake as I look at these four white walls.
Its morning now,
Yet I still can't sleep.
An hour passes when I finally do.
I soon begin to dream...
I have no problems,
I am a blue bird,
That can fly anywhere that I please.
I dream I am a flower,
Growing a little more everyday.
I dream that I am the snow,
Falling gently on the ground.
But I soon begin to dream,
That I can't find myself.
I am lost in this darkness,
And I need to find a way to be free again.
My body is cold,
And it becomes a nightmare.

I will never love again
A am the illness you can't get rid of.
I'm scared of losing you,
But you love her.
I am the ex that you regret dating.
I am the girl that you hurt.
But I do understand,
Why you dont and never loved me.
I was used,
And I'm afraid you will do the same to her.
She is my best friend,
Yet you feel nothing or care if I'm hurt.
You lie,
You lie about everything.
What am I afraid of?
Its been almost three years since the break up.
Why am I not over it?
I must be broken...
I love you, but you never loved me,
So why am I afraid?...
I'm scared of losing you,
But you love her.
I am the ex that you regret dating.

The monster you made me
I am falling,
For it is getting out of hand.
I am a slave in this mess,
And yet you do nothing.
You don't stop to catch me.
I am scared,
Scared of what I have become.
I love you,
Even though I hate you.
I fight the monster inside of me,
As I call your name when I'm falling to the ground.
I'm the poison that doesn't go away,
At least that's what people think.
When I see you I break,
This monster wants to come out and play,
She is hungry for reveng,
But I don't wish to hurt you.
The hardest part is holding back the tears.

my demons become reality
Its clear to me know,
You never truly cared.
I fight these demons everyday,
I turn away from the angels helping me.
I'm a sinner,
A demon has formed inside of me.
I hold back this urge to go insane.
I ignore the voices in my mind.
My wings have broken off,
Leaving nothing but scars.
A demon with an angels face they say.
Yet, I can only silently scream.
I scream for help yet no one does.
Are they scared?
Of course they are!
I calmly lead you into my trap,
Letting you get lost in my reality.
I live in this hell everyday,...

my nightmare.
I cant do a thing to stop this,
The way I feel is a sin to others.
It kills me that I do this,
yet they scream...
The voices in my head tell me to do it,
my heart tells me not to.
Every time I close my eyes,
It haunts me of what I've become.
It ALWAYS seems to be my fault.
Yet, I cry with the thought.
I try to disappear into nothing,
But the screaming gets louder.
The sound of it is tempting,
so tempting that it could become reality.
This nightmare will never end,
will I ever wake up?
The monster inside of me is all that's left....
The way I feel is a sin to others.
It kills me that I do this,
yet they scream...

And yet, we carry on
like nothing is wrong.
She says she is okay,
But in reality she isn't,

Every tear one day will dry.
Its not the end...
