In my asylum I sit
But the voices they yell
They scream, they cry, they want me to die
When will it end
My hell within
Just let me die
I can no longer cry
The pain never ends
The turmoil within
I scream, I cry, I want to die
This hell killed me
Now damned I am
I struggle, I fight
The asylum steals me away

It's like eyes staring at the back of my head

Clouding up my mind

There's a girl on the sidewalk
No one stops to talk
She has to steal
To get her next meal
She tries to smile
As she walks every mile
She needs someone to care
