Poetry Contest Description
Remix another person's poem
Remix another poet's piece, adjust it to your own liking.
Rules:
You MUST ask permission from the original author to remix their work. Anyone who breaks this rule will be blacklisted and automatically disqualified for any future competitions I host.
There should not be any sexual or drug related content.
Leave a link to the original work.
One entry per poet being remixed per poet remixing.
Maximum number of entries: three.
New pieces only.
You cannot remix your own poetry.
In addition to the link, you must leave the author's name listed.
The poet whose work you are remixing must be an active member (most recent login no less recent than 10 days prior to the entry). This rule has an exception: if you know the person outside of DUP, and can have them login to DUP and message me with the go ahead, then you can bypass the active member rule.
No duplicates (if someone has already remixed a poem, you cannot remix the same one).
Anyone who fails to follow all rules will be disqualified immediately.

what i refuse to BE/SEE... an intruder inside of ME...sneaking in FREAKISHLY... a SIN above EVERYTHING... a FACADES APPLAUD screaming LOUDLY...bleeding out SLOWLY... digging DEEPER but thrown back to the KEEPER of sins that has RENDERED me UNHAPPY...this sins a TROPHY...the voices keep CALLING...i am forever FALLING into their YEARNING...never let the morals stay HUNGRY because this sin desires ME...what i can never BE... an intruder sneaking IN... I hope its not ME...

The lies are hidden in one's mind
stories scattered, hard to find
you tell one, you'll tell nine
age and time brings many in line
your deliberately deceitful
you will redeem the lies you plead
Insensate and unguidedly
time vanishes
One self should show some justifications
you exist in your rarified ambitions
Others will perish with no remorse
with lies you once enforced
