express your love in simple words
braided brillo scrapes corrosion off terminals
the battery that makes her tender
must also incinerate the openness offered
loss polishes silver placed behind silicates
more than the complacency
that always accompanies satisfaction
we died with honor
destroying each other
in the unrequitted ecstasy
of expectation
and it was love, my darling
don't lessen our tensions
murder is the mistress of matrimony
and we are addicts, we shouldn't have dabbled
but there is no faith needed in the gnosis
of feasting on each others ventricles

for sure another lonely day
wake up cold on hard bathroom floor
toilets not but two feet away
weary of this depressing bore
world expects me to be cheery
not until I find something more
walk home beat my eyes so teary
light up honey dip, keeps me sweet
roll hard with mary jane the only girl I care about dearly

i have spoken words i have not heard myself say
and had arms around me that were not felt
i have been an obstruction without being in the way
and i've lost with the winning card dealt
i have swum across oceans with no water in sight
and drowned in the vast desert sky
i have argued the point until wrong became right
and made love in the face of a lie
i have blacked out drunk without touching a drink
and set fire to a forrest with no trees
i have convinced myself to ignore what I think
and murdered from down on my knees
i have slept in my thoughts laid awake in my sleep
and lived nightmares with eyes open wide
so i know that the things that i see with my eyes
can be so often different inside
with all of the things that aren't what they seem
and the chance that what i see isn't true
i can rest in the faith of a heaven sent love
immersed in such sweet sweet love

What is the status on how I feel about you?
Well, it was by authority that we met inside
a Catholic church defined by Vatican rules
as two hearts established a constitution
blessed by the chief of Earth and sky.
I was the militant who didn't believe that
love at first sight was a universal truth,
but the lover in me gave it just one shot,
and the immediate truth gave me faith
that love will always rule supreme
even above any negative elevations and
doubts that arise before the sacred doctrine.
My darling, teach me your divine ways for
my human instincts still presumes you
might be wearing a mask under your angel
ways declaring myself insane and uncommitted.
Let me be witness to what truly matters
for your mind is special beyond acknowledgement
or judgment manifested in my rotten mind.
Speaking of virtue, let me privately tell you
of the key you hold in your hands, the one
that says my heart is yours indefinitely for
I owe you my absolute love and dedication,
and till the end nothing will stop me from
proclaiming your name. You are my everything.

Can almost taste the air you breathe, lips upon
lips on my mind always, is but a little distance
in the scope of my knowing we will be together
soon enough imagination.
The voyage of discovery we have yet make sail,
the one that leaves me breathless with longing,
pining at the harbour wall awaiting my vessel to
take me to your lips upon lips.
I'm after you and everything thats you, anything
that will ever be you in times to come, good or bad
I'm lost, taken on the breeze, sharing my thoughts,
I'm floating away with you always my love to set sail
with a little more distance covered till Lips upon lips
