People are only as complicated
as you think them to be
You don't know them to be

As for me... Maybe I speak in words entwined
Does that mean I'm mentally intertwined?
I am a lot of things and I am nothing
Simply, with a far spread mind

People like me are easy to find

war, slavery, genocide
and think we must be
lower than the lowliest animal.

in wonder
at our
mastery of the sea, the sky, the stars
and think we must be
angels in disguise.
