SEDUCTION

poet Anonymous

Without a vibrator

I think of the words
used
dream of
embrace
and consider
standing on my head
for a new profile
picture

oh damn
maybe I'll just
sing
Roberta Flack
or
play it rather

I have
red wine
on the off chance
he ever
comes to spend
some time.

And As We Dance,,,We Ask,,,
The Sun And The Moon ,,,
If We Can Dance On Through,,,
And You Dance So Divinely,,,
They Should Name A Galaxy After You,,,

And As I Look Into Your Eyes,,,
All Of The Stars ,,,Come Into View,,,
As The Sun Comes Up,,,Our Dance Is Through,,,
And Until Tomorrow Night,,,I Bid you Adieu,,,

As I jump through time in my mind
I lay down the foundation so you will be mine
We drink and laugh to a point that we can barely stand
By the end of this night I will be your man
At least for night, in the morning I will be gone
Passionate love will be made all night long
I unbutton your blouse
Lay you on your couch
Occupying your inner thighs with my mouth
After a while you will begin to flow
Slowly tracing you with an ice cube as I blow
In this moment I know your mine
So I turn you around and dominate from behind
With satisfaction in those eyes your feeling like a lucky lady
You know the going rate i fuck you, now pay me

The first time i saw you i wanted you
the first time i heard your words i repeated them  over and over again in my head
the first time i tasted your lips i knew i wanted to taste that for the rest of my life
the first time i touched you my heart stopped
the first time i smelled you i knew i'd miss that smell
So i ask you for my first time, will you take me?

This poem could also be read as a marriage proposal expressed more descriptively than the run of the mill 'will you marry me'.

Whoever

This world is funny, but
it doesn't make me laugh
my love has roots, yet
holds naught on its behalf
it is free when not in need

My eyes have never lied...
my heart is built on more
than faith that people hold
I can open wide my world
and show you my tremors

Even when you can't help
but afflict with every breath
'cuz I do enjoy ruin
it lends honor to mirth
and makes a path for you

Whoever that may be...

Someone I Just Can't Dream About

someone I can't just dream about
when I really must relay my doubt
see, your heart's countenance
portrays a puzzling finish
and your awkward sashay, I say
is too obscure 'cuz you're demure
so in tune with your desire
look in your eyes are we on fire?
no, but ashes of before converge
what's more the floor contorts
it drives me with a gentle force
to your face with such alarming pace
such a peaceful gradient I resist
too fast to not notice or to waste
secure me to your lips are all I taste

Else

Your legs contrast my soul
with peace I cannot trace
Your hair combats my face
and tells me not to know
what lies outside this place
Your breasts as moons conceal
in tides they climb my neck
then falling on my chest
they tell me to untie
Your waist so bold conspires
to set my soul on fire
Your face exasperates
my taste for your attire
You shatter dreams of pride
to which I've been so blind
and in their place I find
Your deep embraces mine
all else falls far behind

"Else" - this poem, with its comments on differing parts of her body (your legs, your hair, your breasts, your waist, your face), has shades of the descriptions of the Beloved by the Lover in the Bible's Song of Songs.  Had the Song been written today perhaps that's what would be its turn of phrase.

REMEMBER THE FEELING OF ME. A poem with a beautiful twist in it - the reader (I did) starts off thinking this is a sensuous memory by the writer of a past, perhaps long awaited, encounter - then ends it seeing it is a fantasy, an anticipation of The One.
