first love

SHE

Though these feelings were taboo
I could not stop them.
Not intending to come upon such a treasure as she was...
No words could define my desire to
caress the nape of her neck as she stood
graceful...as an angel against the wall
The club was full yet when  my eyes rested upon her flesh
There was no one....but her.
She stood slender..with mocha skin hair natural and curly
with dynamic curves giving her an exotic motion and energy
I was melting right in front of her and she ...didn't even know it.
I felt my pulse quicken
as she took to the dance floor with some faceless schmoe...
Undulating as if her body was a heart beat...
I could feel her...her essence was ...intoxicating...
watching her... caused me to rethink .....everything
Even as I saw myself approach her ....from behind on the dance floor
My intention was to tell her she was beautiful...
as she turned and smiled at me her nameless dance partner all but forgotten
I stammered ....but instinctively.... she knew
She...knew I had been watching her and I made no effort to deny this
as I was stuck inside my thoughts wondering why....
This woman....THIS WOMAN....touched my heart so.
With a tenderness unmatched she touched my face,and so began
my dance .... in Love...in fem ala fem romance.

Oh she was pretty
I was so shy
took all my guts
just to say "Hi"

She smiled and I
never heard her reply
Lost in her beauty
she was Daddy's cutie.

He called to her
"Honey, we gotta go"
panicked, I blurted "No"
I stammered, she blushed
her Daddy was hushed, he
thought for a second
then said "Okay, one more
minute"

She smiled the smile
I levitated a mile.
She leaned in and kissed me
on the cheek like a sneak.

I tried to speak but
my larynx was shut.
I think her Dad saw,
he said "get in the truck"

That was the last time I saw her
We moved to a new town the following
week. I started sixth grade and fell
in love with pretty girl of twelve.

I loved you
But you told me
You didn't feel the same way
I cried
But eventually
I moved on
A year has gone by
And what happens
