Poetry Contest Description
Give me seven lines and 1 of those repeats three times.
How to write a rondelet:
7 lines
Lines 1, 3, and 7 are refrains
Refrain lines are 4 syllables long
The other lines are 8 syllables
Rhyme scheme: AbAabbA
Example:
Discipline
She remains calm,
harnessing her inner fire.
She remains calm,
sharpening the skill of her palm.
Ancestors watch and admire,
a warrior to inspire.
She remains calm.
