I took the train again
to see if you'd be there
all I heard were complaints
from passengers about the delay
to reach the next station
for relatives were waiting there
I wonder
will you be on this train one day?

we were waiting for the yellow submarine
it was coming to take us away
I was next in line listening to mister Jimmy
needing a prescription but never got what he wanted
then some fool on the hill in the dead of night
invited us all in thru his bathroom window
everyone seemed pleased to meet him

And there he was, distracted by the stars
passing through the glass window of the bus.
Pondering what he had heard aside:
..."maybe it's not ideal for you"...
and the hours it could take to arrive
in that small town where they met.
