Yes, a Sun & Moon in the same astrological sign would indicate a double Pisces. While both are actually luminaries, in astrology they're counted as planets.

I found my old Astrology chart. Here is the signs and the planets in them. It's so old, Pluto was still a planet. Just thought I'd share now that I've got the answers.

Slip, thanks for entering! Well-*balanced* write I enjoyed reading. The Cardinal Air element continues the lead with Water second, Fire third, & Earth grounding us all! Looks like the Fixed are obstinately standing their ground, while the Mutable is still trying to make their minds up!
