From an Angel’s Wing
Leaves, flowers, and evergreens
mingling together with the brightest pop of red
as the autumn sun streaks across an open sky
bathing nature’s paths in splashes of golden orange
while there hidden in the forest shadows
a tiny feather pure white as an ocean wave.

Reign Supreme
After the clouds have battled with thunder and lightning
There is a break between them in the skies
That’s when a light beams down like hopes and dreams
A sight to behold, a marvel to men’s eyes
The mountains are snow-capped and the foothills are green
After the rain Mother Nature always reigns supreme

An incandescence escalades reflection,
Like an eagle soaring above a lake still,
Seeing deep, crying out yonder to go,
Spread softly over, with an open, serene, winged shadow,
Encompassing betwixt radial, mountainous horizons,
A clarity and range, resolute further.

Force of nature!
Its soothing touch, it breathed into my very pores
in its nurcher, fed and clothed, kept me warm.
When I wandered lost, whispered as it held me close
fought with demons, fended with each root and branch
and watercourse, rekindled me thro grief and depression`s
vale, I hold its wonderment and precious smiles detail
