Seeking more than gentle press
Two thundering beats & one shared breath
Rushing headlong into intoxication
Under a net of dancing stars
Confluence of perfection...
Kiss of the heart

Tendrils of fire lick through the veins
Hunting oxygen for ignition
Upheaval in the making
Nestled deep in passion's core
Desperate hunger feeds the flames
Eliciting moans & sighs & body tremors
Raw emotion directs plunges of aggression
Sinuous in movement
Twin throbs & greedy aches
Racing headlong toward the zenith
Upward tilt meeting downward stroke
Clutching & clawing & crying out
Keeping solidity buried deep
Version 3:
Time stops in its tracks
Heart skips a single beat
Unabashed in gaze
Numb & tingly simultaneously
Deep breath held on intake
Exhalation forgotten
Realization dawns with intensity
Stopping all further thought
Tethering & liberating
Reaching out with unsteady hand
Understanding slowly grows
Certainty settles in
Knowing you're in love

Trees towering above forest floor
Hollowed patches between swaying branches
Under a crisp autumn sky
Needles litter mossy terrain
Deep shadows dancing within their keeping
Ebon wraiths within dusky bower
Redolance of verdant earth
Sounds of splashing & scent of pine
Trickle of brook & evergreen sachet
Reflection of moon upon the water
Umbrous environ slowly lightening
Comes now the flaming kiss of morning sun
Kindling for the fire of dawn

He Loves Me
his hugs were real, his arms trembled
as he scooped me into an embrace
I was in a world of wonder
where dreams come alive in multicolour
struck by a lightning surprise
I believe he was sincere
my heart skipped a beat
a symphony of emotions suffused my heart
thunderstruck but flabbergasted
for youth is faded petals turned to potpourri
the vigour of yesteryears mere sepia
memories flicked through in waking dreams
I missed you
I think I'm in love with you

with unbelief.

The storm was brewing in the distance...
He could feel it in his bones!
Under the dark clouds waiting.
Nervous and excited at the same time.
Dreaming of catching the perfect shot...
Every second counted as he aimed his camera.
Ready to capture the moment of glory.
Suddenly, a flash of light illuminated the scene...
The bolt of lightning struck the tower!
Right pressed the shutter button with a smile.
Unbelievable, he thought, he did it.
Caught the image of a lifetime...
Knowing he was thunderstruck by the beauty.
He could feel it in his bones!

As I breathe autonomously
I slip through the vengeance
Of her belittled sentiment

Envy is the begging of cancer
You can treat it by burning it

Hurtled a bolt that all consumed
Unaware, naive was I
Now knowing, deep its impact lies
Detonation as the Nordic Gods perform
Earth shattering, apart my heart was torn
Reverberations shook my core
Senses blown with sweet amour
Turbulence, with fellings bloomed
Romance new, could soon ballon

However, it's how I feel, almost daily, at work.
Unbelievable, the amount of
Nonsense, that I keep finding from the
Devil-supervisor
Even years after she
Retired.
So many things screwed up
To the point of almost no
Return, but I will dig out from
Under the
Crap ( complaining and swearing all the way) and
Keep righting her wrongs, because a part of me will always care about the lab.
However, it's how I feel, almost daily, at work.
