Oh and the reason I didn't address Avahatis post was because she didn't mention the post about 12 medical professionals views on the corona virus.
I imagine you would refute the media's responsibility in the panic buying that occurred?
FEMA internment camps for antivaxers is just another name for a gulag
Sorry, I don't play games like that. I have opinions on lots of topics. I'll share them when i feel like it and then you won't have to imagine anything.

Christ in a fucking cartoon. Mods, please delete this comment when you finish shoveling the shit from this thread.
Thank you.
Btw, Just a not-so-gentle reminder from DU's guidelines:

This thread is about the Coronavirus and subsequent facts. I find any other posts objectionable and blatantly disrespectful. Furthermore, they violate the subject and relevancy of this thread, which is, for the umpteenth time, about the CORONAVIRUS.
I have repeated it and a moderator has reiterated it. What is it going to take?
And you call us ignorant/blind/asleep and disrespectful?!
Thank you.

MODS this is more than about Avahatis thread. This is about FREEDOM of speech, about censorship. There is more than one narrative at play here.
The corona virus is the hottest topic today, this is not the time to censor a thread that by alright SHOULD have both narratives questioned.
This is not the time to blindly follow but question.
Thank you.

you can either start a discussion in the discussion group Rhyme and reason
or simply start a new thread

Holy crap! Another case of cross-species-transmission. The dog link is below if you previously missed it:
Cat infected with COVID-19 from owner in Belgium
This is the first case of human-to-cat transmission of the novel coronavirus.

I agree with you, Valeriya. Some of us on this site add to the forum by discussing something we may have heard on the news or from a friend, for example. The big players in this forum should remember that most of us are adults & can decide how we interpret what is being feed to us from various sources. I feel too many of us are being bullied for these alternative views. Why should we provide links to prove what we are saying, if we don't wish too? Sometimes it's not about proof but an opinion.

Let's face it we all live in a command-based system, where we have been programmed since our earliest school years to become followers, not individuals. We have been conditioned to embrace teams, the herd, the masses, popular opinion -- and to reject what is different, eccentric or stands alone. We are so programmed that all it takes for any business or authority to condition our minds to follow or buy something is to simply repeat a statement more than three or four times until we repeat it ourselves and follow it as truth or the best trendiest thing. This is called "programming" -- the frequent repetition of words to condition us how to think, what to like or dislike, and who to follow.

This is a pretty good graph from the Guardian. According to the graph links that Hemi posted earlier in the thread, we should start seeing Italy leveling out this week, as it's been three weeks since their lockdown. The U.S. on the other hand. . .( our eternal gratitude for delayed testing . . . ). . .
