Tears and purification
a baby's first cry
in the chapel
baptism of water
coldness sprinkled
a child's first cry
separation from parents
to learn about living
in a school
a teenager's first tears
of joy finding love
from another
other than their parents
a happy wedding
saying I do
all the tears of happiness
shed, like confetti
to live together
to love
to procreate
and face the world
tears of frustration
anger and disappointment
as life gets colder
and loving gets tougher
baptism of fire
as each turn away
to shed their own tears
taking the path they choose.

Ignite my passion with fire
Your love and body I aspire
You set my urges ablaze
Togetherness will amaze
Your naked body will ignite
Set carnal impulses alight,
If we can light the fire of love

The Solemn Place
" You are loved by God!

Ir zenen lib gehat durkh got!"
Voices still whisper in
the solemn place, where
cavernous mouths no longer feed
Jews to the flames within
their throats.
"Ah, but how can God, love me?"
the Cremationist, sighs, his now-elder
hands, sift dust
'neath arched steel doors--
or is it ash?
He has come each week, an
unseen pilgrimage, to lay
fresh wreaths in dormant ovens.
"It was you, that God loved."
A vine grew from long-crackled
cement, and thickened with time, from
waterings with vials of his collected tears,
among what did not
get burned away.
"I cannot undo, but
I can add my soul to the fires."

The clichéd bird song
With their dutiful chorus.
I'm in to deep to let go!!!!
Eager proletarians
With sad eyes.
Their hearts
A roaring inferno,
Stare vacantly
At a flashing red light.
They can't see me;
I'm in to deep,
Just a light shadow
Pouring petrol
Upon the stubborn dew.

Firefalls born at Yosemite
Bright and aglow
You’re beyond beauty
What and why your water blazes
Makes you a flowing enigma
Firefalls, you're such a splendid mystery
Firefalls is a natural phenomena that takes place at Horsetail Falls in Yosemite National Park. It is a sight that many refer to as beyond spectacular. Only appearing on rare occasions, the falls seem to be on fire. How and why this happens still remains a bit of a scientific mystery. However, most scientists believe this optical allusion is in part caused by the sunlight refracting on flowing water with a high concentration of minerals.
Whatever the reason, the sight of the Firefalls leaves even the greatest skeptic breathless. A video link to this beautiful site has been posted below.

My time is over
My soul purpose in this life: fulfilled
I smoulder
My once bright feathers flicker, my skin revealed
A burst of temperature rushes through my veins as I become the flame
My elegance tarnished in fire
My reverence garnished with Celsius higher
My time is over
My work here is done so now I can transform
I'm coming back stronger and bolder
By fire I die but now I am reborn
I leave it, my entire body, and come back anew
A phoenix? ideology? Which ever you choose
