The Hidden Mirror
I look within the mirror and see a damaged, scared girl
She is broken, lost and alone whom believes she can't be loved
She feels so empty and unwanted by all
She covers herself with four walls hiding away from the world
To scared to spread her wings and fly
She cries within herself wishing for someone to save her
Until one day she forces herself to fly but falls and begins to bleed once more
She starts to give up as nothing ever seems to go right for her
She begins to think about how to set herself free from this pain
Soon she starts smiling because she is so tired of fighting, wishing, hoping
She continues to stare within the mirror only to then awake
I suddenly notice the girl within the mirror is me amusing is it not..
