The Darkened Corner

The darkness begins to creep within the room
Silence starts to become to much
I sit with my chin upon my knee's within the lightest corner
Watching the darkness come closer
Unable to move, unable to speak

It is soon reaching me, I back up even more within the corner
I freeze completely now as the Darkness surrounds me
I try to scream, yet nothing comes forth.
No sound only silence.

Tears begin to flow down upon my cheeks
I burry my face within my knees, holding them close
The silence seems to break as I begin to hear whispers
Within the darkness, judging me, bullying me

I try to speak back but my voice has no sound
I try to stand, yet I remain frozen hearing these voices
Stuck within this corner
The darkness swallowing me whole now
