The Power of Optimism

 Every cloud has a silver lining
But troubles can overpower
The pessimist is for ever whining
The optimist shrugs as though it's a shower

Optimism may take courage
But will overcome in the end
Others are likely to encourage
If you try to ascend

If you take the other course
And complain at all you see
You will not get beyond the source
So will fail to become free
