Twinkle
"Twinkle"
Twinkle, twinkle little star,
I sort of wonder where they are,
as I ponder on the past,
staring at this hour glass,
time goes by way to fast,
we should have known it wouldn't last,
twinkle, twinkle little star,
as I sit here from afar,
thinking on the way things are,
while my friends are at the bar,
hoping for a brand new start,
with a girl I want to love,
sent to me from above,
asking God for this girl,
one I know will rock my world,
as I think on the past,

Let me love you
"Let me love you"
What can I do to let you know,
my heart is in love with you,
if only you could know,
let me love you for no reason, for no return,
what can I do to let you know,
how much I feel for you,
only your heart can see this,
let me love you,
not for my loneliness but for you,
the whispers in my heart come from you,
oh let me love you,
let me be with you again,
once again to see your beauty,
that fills my heart and soul,
love to give me strength to go on,
let me love you...

Alone
"Alone"
I woke up again this morning,
wouldn't you know I'm all alone,
can't get no one to come and visit,
or even call me on the phone,
you'd think that I'm a leopard,
no one want's to be around,
tell me what it was I did,
my emotions are way to sound,
my daughter won't even spend the time,
to take a few minutes from her day,
just to see if I'm alright,
I guess dads no longer weigh,
once the children leave the home,
no turning back as they say,
I woke up again this morning,
and yes...

Rhyme
"Rhyme"
My love for you will never die,
because it's froze in time,
writing down all these words,
I try to make them rhyme,
for all the things I didn't do,
I know it was a crime,
but if you find it in your heart,
I promise to unwind,
within my heart resides your life,
the tears rushing down,
I'm not sure what to say,
my emotions of a clown,
the scars that can not be seen,
struggling to get through,
to have you here in my mind,
the pain through and through,
sitting here...

I often fell like quitting
"I often fell like quitting"
I often feel like quitting,
when my day becomes a struggle,
remember these simple words,
I've turned into a poem,
to give all I've got to give,
a reason to go on,
I often feel like quitting,
this will never be a song,
words that don't come easy,
and neither does my strength,
I've got to live my life,
much better than one thinks,

the worries and no luck,
remember what I started,
the reasons to give up,

I Remember It All
Trying to face the day without your love, leaves me lost, confused and angry, I remember it all, they say that love hurts, "not so", it destroys, loneliness, rejection hurts, being told you are loved by someone that doesn't hurts,

Relationship
Trust, loyalty and respect are a must for eternal happiness, no matter how much you love someone,
if you don't have these ingredients it will never succeed, to be in love means being patient, to be patient you must first trust, you can never find love through your eyes or ears,
So you must trust the only thing that will never fade, your heart, love is like trust, when you find that special someone it is like trusting them with your heart,
trust is what you put in someone's hand, faith is what you hold on to, trust is what makes you realize that you will always be there for them,...
