I served my country right after high school and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made because it offered me to leave this country and see how people in foreign lands live. That opened my eyes to a lot. I like writing prose poetry and most of it is dark. I do write lighter poems but I prefer the darker side. They may not all be Diamonds, Emeralds or Rubies but they are still precious to me.
