Konsumed

Well, I guess the best thing to do is explaining why I'm here. I like to express myself in words. I find that when my mind is "Konsumed" the best release for me is to put it to text. I used to express myself on paper and in the end my words and thoughts would be come nothing more than a crumpled-up ball of paper at the bottom of the waste basket, only to have been seen by my eyes. But now I have found the joy of sharing and receiving feedback. I enjoy nothing more than hearing how much someone liked my writings.

- Why poetry?
Have you ever found anything in this world that can take the ugliest of situation and make it sound so beautiful? Have you ever found something that can take the darkest and dreariest of situations and add light and warmth to it? I have!

Poetry is a looking glass into the authurs soul. And through this looking glass we can see how much we as poeple have in common. How we relate and how we really aren't alone in this world.
