My name is Desperado, I'm a 53-year-old Marine Veteran, who has served his Country and Corps for 34 yrs, as a Force Recon S.S./Marine Raider.
Please note that I don't write the atypical kind of poetry that most are used to reading or writing themselves. Instead, I write unconventional poetry, to be more accurate I right free verse allegories allegorical melodramatic sardonic epic poems that are blended nicely with a hint of elated joyful light-hearted poesy so some of my poetry didn't seem so cheerless. These poems to which I write tend to reflect my inner turmoils, unheard emotions, conflicting self-afflictions, unrelenting struggles.
