Poet Introduction
Every day I have the same argument in my head. The little devil sitting on my shoulder does this wild end zone dance when he wins, the angel on the other shoulder just gives a little prayer, so sometimes I go with the devil just to see the dance.

Poetry was never meant to be any more than a tool for self discovery but poetry has become both as source of elation and an addiction. I write because I need to write and I write because of pure joy. I do not know if I'm still on a path of enlightenment or if poetry is still pointing the way and I'm not sure I care. Poetry has a meaning and purpose all it's own and that's why I'm here.
