talking to shadows
embracing pain
because it deserves its grief
as I ponder upcoming days
I've spent half of my life
attempting to heal
from trauma...
I'm still only learning to identify
self-confidence is nonexistent
it's so hard to trust instincts
clawing for hand-holds
in the cliffs of understanding
loving others as a default
struggling to see my own worth
counting victories by the grain
...as in sand on a vast beach
it's never been easy
& I don't know how to reconcile ...

The tide has change
Now here we are in a new light of what is truth, before our eyes 👁️ that can move us, towards a different kind of pressure release of the negative, effects that had us imprisoned in mind and heart and spiritual soul. The Diffrences Between Men & Women
When he found out how things really were between men & women
He was shocked how cutthroat both sexes were to one another
It was a drag to find out that everybody knew all the same shit and everyone played it off like it was nothing
All the things that go unsaid
They get shoved into your guts like cutlery
All the bullshit sex etiquette
It's like a miniature cold war
What a bunch of lies & ego trips
That's why all these people were so freaked out about each other
It's one big club
The look away & laugh club
