Rat a tat tat
Go the green backs
There is a scent of greed
Security all around
Vans full of cash
Ben counts 100
Don’t look that way
For comes another day
Guard drops down
Green greed escapes
Slapping em down
Picking em up
Blue marble spins on green
Turquoise beauty
Loves you when the rent is paid
Don’t pick up the tab
Ain’t licking the landing strip
Greed makes the world go round

Live positive
Live moments in positivity
Discard negative
Just did something
Gave away the key
To prosperity
If I sit and stew
And bake a monster of anger
Doesn’t help those i love
Think a circuit is undone
In my cerebellum
Scream at the tv when they don’t
Do what i say to comfort
And fatten the wallet
I cant just beat me
To pay for my sins
So I’m starting something new
Turn a lemon to victory
in my mind I’m aware i watch me
I’m living in positivity
Not down won’t...

Flying first class
45 minutes to my house

Caviar and silk robes

I keep trying to break even but I just keep breaking odd
When it’s debts to liabilities and everything is mortgaged by the deficit of anxiety

On the hill
All the pennies dropped
Should have bought a mansion on the hill
Tried to be a winner
I’m such a loser through and through
All the time I spent
Instead of being present
Chasing dollar signs
Being on the wrong side
I still remember
My first time
It was 1994….Eagles and Niners
Garner laid it down and I
Collected two bills

Round them all up and take them down
It's quite unhealthy to leave them around
They breed disease and kill the trees
Pollute the air, make it hard to breathe
How many could you feed, instead of spending on luxuries?
Fancy cars and bigger homes, leave them alone
Disconnected from the masses, zero taxes paid, were the dumb asses
Surrounded by an echo chamber, everyone loves your flavor
Compliments, singing praises but, you're being manipulated
Only contempt for humanity, altered perception of reality
Community can't be bought and sold, no one...

The more you've got it made
the less I feel I belong here
and I don't know how to tell you
I don't want the white picket fence dream
because I don't know how to explain
how lonely walking the line
makes me feel
I wasn't born to fit in
and I think I've always known that
but I still squish my soul
into ill fitting places
because some days
the need to belong
outways the instability
of true freedom
And the choices that have lead me
to this half life of ghosted dreams
and discontent ...

Throughout your life you made sure your social status kept you away from the little people
You had money, assets, friends in higher places and you were full of yourself

The few times you would show your face in town, you had this attitude

cheap hotel room
Its got a comfortable bed
and rustic decor
but the view out my window
is a brick wall
and there's dead cockroaches
scattered across my floor
The complimentary coffee is bad
the shower's temperamental
but the walls of this room are thicc
and I can't hear anyone yelling
or fucking or playing loud music
while I'm trying to sleep
I'm glad I picked up groceries
for breakfast already
because the roach problem
isn't giving me much confidence
about their breakfast menu
and I'm not up for a...
