Religion
Men once marveled at your beauty—
I still see the flicker of who you could have been.
“You could have had it all,” I think,
And it burns my soul the most.
You clung to holy morals,
Clutching a Bible like a lifeline,
And it anchored you
In a sea of suffering you couldn't escape.
You could have graced the runway,
Dazzling, free, unbound—
But you never closed that book,
Never flipped the preacher off,
Never let the dream breathe.
Instead, you let men break you,
Bruise your spirit,
Tell you to cover up, ...

Drugged Up & Ready To Die
Your mouth says one thing
But the drugs say another
Why don't you sober up
And spend more time with your lover
The milky way is vast
Search for wisdom or hang yourself to dry
You should have pity on your soul
Pull the pins out from your eyes
The candle blows out
May the sky burn up in smoke
You give everyone an ulcer
Such an asshole, such a joke
Say cheese scumbag
You were once loved but now we all hate
I'd love to cut the disease out of you
Have you thought about your fate?

She has a problem
She worships drugs
She has a boyfriend who is a dealer & user
She just recently gave birth to a baby girl
They live in this crack house that you wouldn't send your worst enemy to live in
Filth, roaches, fleas, violence, and death are in the air daily
They had no food or clean water
Always had money though for the hard stuff

*Rudolph's Red Nose Truth*
Rudolph the reindeer, legend so bright,
But his nose wasn’t glowing from holiday light.
No, the truth’s a bit darker, with a magical twist,
It’s the Colombian fairies you’d never have missed.
They gave him the powder, they said it was pure,
“Only the strong can handle this cure!”
For Rudolph, no wings, no flying skills given,
He’d always been grounded, his dreams unforgiven.
“Just one little deal,” said the fairies with glee,
“And soon you’ll be soaring, as high as can be!”
With a snort and a sniff, his nose took to glow,...

What do the stars mean?
Absolute realization of one's aliveness.
The wind is a cool silver stream
She could stand still and live the pinnacle of happiness.
But up ahead, he is the ocean,
Can she, just once, dive off the moon
and jump into him,
his entirety
which surely would welcome her
with ecstasy, not obstacles?
Alive, alive, alive
The silver wind blows
The midnight mountain is a treadmill
They walk without concern
A rustle in the trees
Piqued curiosity meets opportunity

When you OD
they'll say it's my fault

No Remorse
After a late night of partying
This one girl brings another girl and a guy back to her apartment
The girl wants to be kinky & have sex in her baby's crib
The girl forgot to have a babysitter watch the child when she went out
Their all high on meth
The ignorance & stupidity of this entire ordeal was that the 6 month old baby was still in the crib
The next morning the baby was dead
Apparently the baby was smothered to death
They all served time
The mother though was sentenced to life in prison
She had no remorse
She told family...
