My Creative Madness
I can no longer identify
That plausible line
Between sanity and I
Inside this mesmeric mind
So many stairs
Kaleidoscope this place
Rickety adjoining pairs
Obscure an unknown face
So many doors
Mirage their appearance
Footprints on open shores
Eradicate coherence
Ingenuity
Canvases its leech
Ambiguity
Misinterprets my speech
Poetry
Doodles my demons
Congruity
Chastises my seasons
Duo personalities mirror
Mental illness is clearer
Fruits of labor differ ...
That plausible line

New Lies ...
The clock strikes twelve, and we raise a glass,
Draped in old habits, cloaked in feeble cheer,
To toast a future built on shaky pasts.
A "new broom sweeps clean" oh, what a farce,
For here we march, the same yet somehow changed,
With fireworks masking all our broken fears.
The air explodes with light, yet silent fears
Lurk close, like shadows in an empty glass.
What truly shifts? What parts of us have changed?
The same old vows, proclaimed with fervent cheer,
Are swept aside as time unveils the farce:
A gleaming path that...

UNRESOLVED MYSTERY
A puzzle I am even unto myself…a mystery not even I can resolve.
I have never understood why I do or act the way I do…the mystery never dissolves
With every leap I take into a brand new day
I blow myself away
Thinking and over-thinking, analyzing and configuring myself like an unsolvable equation
I’ve shot prayers up to the heavens asking the Almighty to explain, awaiting with anticipation
For answers never answered…not even by the Almighty One.
So, I’ve re-traced my footprints paved across the miles of my history and found...
I have never understood why I do or act the way I do…the mystery never dissolves

This morning on a site. we saw the hotel where
Hemingway stayed to write an important book
We wait to see which bed he slept in, also
it is an ad when a site feels the need to out-basing
such triviality
In the newspaper, that day was struck the sameness
how articles were written "We need to talk about"
and so on
We are told of a Ukraine war, not the reason only
that Russia wants the rest of Europe and other
blatant lies
Any critical observation about Israel is dismissed
out of hand as anti-Semitic,...

When I read what the high and mighty say
they come across as having no understanding
how the lesser people see the world
An overprivileged person called JFK. j
told us that the Palestinian people were
overrepresented on the world's stage, and that
Israel had offered to give the people
of Gaza greenhouse so they would become
self-sustainable growing their own tomatoes
To his amazement, Hamas turned down this
offer, but insisted on becoming a state that
that included the West Bank and East Jerusalem ...

Now that the long night is over
Now that the long night is over
We had a long sleep
Now my Father
Brought the morning for us
First thing in the morning
Now it is time to say good morning to each other
It is finally a beautiful day
Outside
We just got up now
We are ready to enjoy this beautiful sunny day
That our Father gave to us
We are lucky to have a beautiful morning
With lots of sun
We are glad that there is no sign of rain
Also we are getting lots of vitamin d
