Only in life you'll feel this pain
Phone calls, friends, Valentine's Day cards, cats, birthday parties and the countless games that make people hurt, cry, laugh etc.
These things are hands that stick out the window and catch you and break your fall after you have thrown yourself off the roof

The world is lame
Everyday is practically the same
Painful, and hard to explain
In order to live inside your brain
You must go insane
You have to die
Try not to cry
When you bid the world goodbye
You know you have to die to live in here

to a falcon with one

or Mozart to the deaf

into garlands of tears
what good is it to live
on the tenth floor if
you can't dangle from
the window ledge every now
and then to test your courage

I can see why so many of you hate men
I listen to guys and the bullshit that comes out of their mouths
Quite pathetic, I must admit
I'm sure it must really insult your intelligence

5,000 years of wind and rain
So much time to dream
Equal faces, burning eyes
Our smiles have the same gleam
8,000 miles of rivers
Like a song within the mountain
Wherever you do come from
The elderly still dream of a fountain
Same blood, same race
The future is in our hand
Holding tight, while moving forward
Equal we shall stand
Same tears, same pain
We've been suffering for far too long
It will stay in our hearts forever
Fight till death, as our souls mourn

A Wasteland of Emptiness
There is a wind blowing inside us, thru a wasteland of emptiness
Without the possibility of germinating to fulfill our potential
Our nothingness is an internal vacuum with an insatiable appetite
