Random Thought
Another sleepless night wrecks the day
Without remedy insanity could take hold
Creating empty hearts molded from clay
While fragile minds turn desperately bold
Hasty decisions breed irrational thought
One step closer to finding who’s at fault
It’s not considered a lie if never caught
Emotions are victims of spiritual assault
Time is an enemy that exposes mortality
It’s human nature to wanna cheat death
Putting faith in technology to alter reality
In hopes of never taking that final breath
...

I feel fine
Take a trip through my magic ocean
People always feel real fine
Suddenly the devil said
You may have committed a crime
How do you feel?
I feel fine
Handed down the secret
Mistakes are made, voices are silent
Perfection is the key
A lesson not taught by violence
Your tears have dried through denial
Let's move on hidden sun
Proclamation, assassination
My work here is always done
Create a pathway to salvation
Never once has my trip been exonerated
Death is a chance to recycle
Mind body...

the beauty of life
a lone dandelion dances on the breeze
saddened by life I look to her in her natural state
nature never stops with its celebration of life
it is ever diligent with its truth
I watch the birds of the air kiss the sky
I long to be that innocent
an honest creature of hope
if they are saddened by the world as it is today
they never complain
no storm or earthly trouble keeps them from their duty
like clockwork with their diligent pursuit of life
I awaken to bird chatter and song
they humbly remind me life goes on

Until we meet again
Until we meet again I will always continue to believe in my faith and beliefs, for I was one of those who were chosen to be able to be his spiritual soldier, his most strongest soldier that will never bend to the deepness of the outside world 🌎 For sure I was one of the chosen one, that he felt compelled to carry the torch of honor and dignity, as his most strongest soldier to

When We Cross
I’m often amazed at the insightful musings of others
Not just in their intellect
But also in the spiritual sense of being and understanding
As if clarity has been achieved through the obstacles they’ve faced
Perception comes at different times and different levels
Especially when we’re caught up in those moments of unity
Poetry seems to capture it perfectly
Making our journey through this human experience
That much more fantastic

OLD FOLKS LOVE TOO
TRUTH
As I sat on a barstool
beside me was a mature
lady, with beautiful white hair,
dressed in the latest style
and very articulate in
conversing on any subject;
beautiful and charming.
Out of the blue, she asked,
"Do you think we older people,
I'll be 70 my next brthday,
ever have desires for romantic encounters?"
I was very coy and replied, "I think
you're the one who can answer that."
With a smile and a touch on my leg
she indeed gave her reply:
"We older folks love, too,
don't...

Winter's Prose
In autumn's glow, the world begins to rest
And amber leaves descend in weathered flight
The summer's heat now finds a gentler quest
As chilly winds chase the lingering light
The trees, donning their robes of ember gold
Stand sentinel against the waning sun
Their branches reach with tales of seasons old
While shadows stretch as days are nearly done
The air is crisp, a breath of frost and pine
As harvests yield their bounty to the earth
The twilight hours in muted hues align
And nightfall's calm descends with...

Hoods
Childhood
Winds may blow harshly
Roots persist beneath the storm
We remain ourselves.
Adulthood
Light on the horizon
Path unshadowed by others
I am my own guide.
Elderhood
In the mirror, strength
Reflection of courage true
Voice of liberty.

Satinpods
The honesty plants, standing still,
all sport a misty moonbeam glow
by quarter phase lunar halo
commanding her December chill
by hallowed fringe of sovereign gold
surrounded by a hint of peach
as if it had that tint to teach
these last few weeks of autumn cold,
where silver dollars, still standing,
are seemingly eager to earn
a lunar lesson where they learn
how to keep their coins blanding
and as transparent as a ghost...
where eidolon itself osmosed.

Seed
When I moon you, I bleed.
I birthed you. Unclean.
I cut you from the tree.
Planted you like a seed.
Crushed you with my knee.
I just did it. I'm Nike.
An arrogant breed.
A godless stampede.
I stalk you like a creep.
You're the cream of the crop I reap.
You're too slow, so I leap.
Far ahead. Too high and too deep.
Time to get you on your feet.
Time to shove you away from defeat.
Time to brush you with my meat.
Time to empower your instincts.
No more hiding in a fleet.
No more crying at...
