Simple Thoughts

i think
the greatest way to die would be
to just dissolve away

because your thoughts
would still float

your mind
would still soar

your love
would still be felt

but your body could just
melt away
innocently, quietly
fading

until all thats left
is the shape you've taken
the broken path you've walked
the empty life you've left behind
