A  certain peace)

A sky lit by a burnt
orange light,
 i watch the sun
fade into the
evening sight.

as i walk i
feel the rise
of the ocean breeze
blowing so
warm it ignites
me, bringing out
the sultry side i buried
deep.
 
never  have i before
had this kind of peace,
these dreamy nights
will always be
with me.

 i feel the sand
under my feet,

i promise myself
in this moment
that i will
never take for granted
this magical beauty.
