Lucifer's Crash
I am not going to die,
fade away
into the night.
I will not go away
so quietly
like a ghost.
I rather go down
like a flash of lightning,
with shouts of thunder,
a shooting star
for all to see.
It will be a beautiful sight
to see.
Call me Lucifer
for I have fallen
from grace
with a loud crash.
The world will watch and see.
The people will envy me,
they will want to be me.
The first to choose,
the first to rebel.
Call me Lucifer
for I have fallen
from grace
with a loud shout.
And some of the heavenly host
followed me
They want to be me.
So I profess to be their God.
fade away
into the night.
I will not go away
so quietly
like a ghost.
I rather go down
like a flash of lightning,
with shouts of thunder,
a shooting star
for all to see.
It will be a beautiful sight

Call me Lucifer
