To A Friend

If smiles were worth gold and silver,
Oh, Love you'd be the richest girl.
If Laughter was the greatest power,
Oh, Love I know you'd rule the world.
If Beauty caused a change in weather,
You'd bring upon the end of days.
If looks from you were parts of heaven,
Then all mankind would change their ways.
If your loveliness could make it rain,
The Tempest would seem like a breeze.
And if all your smiles turned to seeds,
Then Love would start to grow on trees.
If your eyes could make things disappear,
Oh, Love this world would all be gone.
If friendship inspired birds to sing,
Then ours would make the sweetest song.
I wish my words could show how I feel,
I know that they'd be quite intence.
But if words revealed all a Heart can feel,
Then Poetry would make no sence.
So, from a Friend to a Friend,
A Heart to a Heart:
Dont let anything
break our friendship apart.
