Saturday

Saturday with Saffron is right
all along they just knew it
nothing pretentious and false
just real deal

They knew
Love should be all this
first sensuous kiss

And saffron sweated from her brow
Love swept there and now
On dark dismal Saturday afternoons
In November
curtain drawn
day forlorn

Only the two of them to tell
desires
secrets
lovers lies
the world outside this room resides
it do's not exist
just resist

And you will both die
whatever thy
Lips have touched
all ends in coffin
the love that's rotten
enjoy while yo can
woman and man
