Dark Images
Depressing thoughts
Lonely and lost in a hateful world
Trying to survive the only way i know how
Pain takes me there
Unleashes my thoughts
Clears the images
Helps me forget
Who i am,
What ive endured
my dark images momentarily forgotten
not for long
they come full force with a vengence
crawling and creeping back into my mind
bringing me closer to darkness
pain is the only way
my meds to keep the images away
my savior in a depressing world
claiming me as its own
making the bond everlasting
pain and me
fate entertwined
