You Can't Love Me
When you look at me what do you see
Is it the Façade that u want me to be
Were you captivated by my lips and my sensual face
And you just couldn't wait to get me in your delicate embrace
Oh your going to tell me your drawn by my intellect
And that it is a deeper level you want us both to connect
Not my hips and not my ass
Just someone that you find comfortable and makes you laugh
The more I try to comprehend the more I'm perplexed
The more you tell me one thing the more I believe it has to be the next.
I realize now I'm the cause of my own demise
I'm the one who can't get pass what's held between my thighs
You might have truly loved me your words could have been true
But if I don't love me it doesn't matter if you do
Is it the Façade that u want me to be
Were you captivated by my lips and my sensual face
And you just couldn't wait to get me in your delicate embrace
Oh your going to tell me your drawn by my intellect
And that it is a deeper level you want us both to connect
Not my hips and not my ass
Just someone that you find comfortable and makes you laugh
The more I try to comprehend the more I'm perplexed
The more you tell me one thing the more I believe it has to be the next.
I realize now I'm the cause of my own demise
I'm the one who can't get pass what's held between my thighs
You might have truly loved me your words could have been true
But if I don't love me it doesn't matter if you do
