Tears

There goes one you see
one who feels it was never meant to be
another one falls with pain so true
with all the love I gave
all the love I have for you
I try and I beg
for just something more
to feel more like your woman
than an internet whore
to be the one you need
to be the one you want
there falls another tear
another one to taunt
that falls into a puddle on my chest
as the deep harsh crying shakes my breast
When will they stop
when will this well run dry
when will my heart live again
and I cease to cry
because all I ever wanted was love
to just be more than something
which I feel
is just one step above
from being nothing.
