FRIENDS OF MINE

Cal is 44,
black,and cocked back.
Kept safe and warm,
tucked in my jacket.
When he wants to roar,
It's hard to hold him back.
once he's out the door,
He's ready to attack.

Mac is tall and thin.
Sharper than the rest.
He has a nicely handled grip,
for swinging toward the neck.
Not hidden very easily,
he's always turning heads.
He goes wherever I go,strapped onto my leg.

Buck is never dull,
yet rough around the edge.
Easier to handle,
than one might expect.
Stays incognito.
Hidden just in case.
When we're all together,
he stays on my waist.

Tas is electric.
Loves to shock and awe.
Tas is quite eccentric,
but handy in a brawl.
High voltage disposition,
that paralyze his foes.
Just like most of all the rest,
he hides under my clothes.

These are just some friends of mine,
they speak when spoken to.
Though watch your tongue,
and how you stare,it doesn't matter who.
Protection is the work they're in,
