Slaughter Of the Innocents ....(Part II) Warrior's Awakening
Such strange dreams...
poured out of Zelah's mind
like the sweat that now covered
her brow...
Fever...and Shadows...
Fire....and Voices...
Stars falling...
after an eclispe...
No Sun...and then
there were those eyes...
Burning...
Blistering her soul...
stamping her...no
Identifying her...
As the One.
Inuka Moja yetu ya Kale ...The Elders Chanted...
Kumbuka nadhiri yako ...
Inuka ... Ili kupambana ...
Shadow Ndani Nasi
Rise...Ancient One
Remember your vow....
Rise...to fight the Shadow
Within Us...
A crisp anxiety...swept the village
as a blue light filtered from the forest...
"When will the Warrior Come" Tahru asked.
"Before Daybreak" Olutombe whispered
"The child will be confused" Mahlik replied...
"This is why We are The Elders...
there is no time to waste..." Olutombe spoke feverishly
Prepare the Gateway Of Remembrance...
As an audible Darkness began to shift
and shimmer...with the sound of a million bees
The Shadows...were awakening as well.
