I'm Back

I haven't written in so long.
I feel like I've given up on something,
like an anorexic giving up on food.
I lost my ways;
The only ways I had left,
but I'm ready to start again.
It'll take time but I'm ready.
I'm ready for a change,
for a new start.
I'm ready to feel wanted-
though I know I'll get none of that.
My depression still lingers
along with the suicidal thoughts creeping up my spine,
but I still act like a clown,
pulling the clouds away from the sunshine.
I've been going through alot-
thinking as always, overthinking as most
It's the way I go.
I tried deleting my past, but some people I can't let go.
You know the feel...
That ONE person
They may be holding me back, but I don't care.
I'll continue this journey, not just in my head
and I hope you take in everything I've said.
