Starbodies
There was a time when I thought
I would die if I
Wasn't next to you
And our bodies weren't intertwined
Together,like vines wrapped around
Sunflowers,choking them as they
Reach towards the sky.
I felt naked,
Though we were clothed in each others skin.
Our hands were the platforms of
Eternity.
Searching for each other
In the dark corners of space
And time.
We were like the stars
That caress the night sky.
You and I...we,
We were invisible,
Morphing together,
Getting lost inside the starry canvas of
Space and eternity.
We were Becoming one
with the stars.
I would die if I
Wasn't next to you
And our bodies weren't intertwined
Together,like vines wrapped around
Sunflowers,choking them as they
Reach towards the sky.
I felt naked,
Though we were clothed in each others skin.
Our hands were the platforms of
Eternity.
Searching for each other
In the dark corners of space
And time.
We were like the stars
That caress the night sky.
You and I...we,
We were invisible,
Morphing together,
Getting lost inside the starry canvas of
Space and eternity.
We were Becoming one
with the stars.
