feel the words on your lips
 as i say a final goodbye
feel the heat penetrate deep
   as i stab you with soft rhymes
breathing in used breathe
as i crumple in your hand
cry your tears of time
 as i catch each falling one
whisper into nothingness
   as i miss the words you speak
tie me up and send me back
 as i read the words you left
the letter we send back and forth
 as i think of new ways
  to write a simply line
that every time will take your breathe away
