It was always
bizarre when
i was told
that she had found
someone else,
and i felt
the familiar
crack once more
in my old heart as
it gained age
with every
syllable

or that she moved
to another state,
and it felt
like my soul
just ran
a little
further away,

But now
when some
one says
"Oh, she's
with this
other guy
now. He's
a CK model
and she's
just gotten
a job
with the SG
agency."

all im
left to say
which seems
to be
