kiss me
as smooth as chocolate just melting into your tongue
or ice cream dripping through your fingers down the cone;
tastes as sweet as butter-rum toffee,
though I confess I prefer your lips
to burnt vanilla sugar and milk and alcohol.
insinuate yourself in me
like a rotten cavity
it's rough now, perhaps, but started so sweet.
bite down on the ripe, red strawberry, feel its juice
drip down my chin; lick my lips and grin
and wait for you to kiss the pulpy bits
from my mouth; to kiss me with such passion
that it dislodges a seed stuck to my tooth.
