that's not the thought I tried to think
and reconsidering our rankness
makes my short-term memory shrink

and drown in what I tried to wonder
words disappear behind a sudden blink
in a neural storm with thunder

Fuck! pull myself together
but I woke up on some wrong day
lost with my mind trapped by its weather
words came out of brainy gray

thoughts tame doubts of grainy rays
just scanning what is left and useless
