I'm beginning to notice
That people have either forgotten
Or chosen to ignore
That humans are animals
By all technicalities
And while we are civilised
We are no different
Than your dog
Who pissed on your carpet
When he was scared

You had him toilet trained

Such a brutal outlook,that often times I acknowledge...but a conscience goes much deeper than a shell full of chemicals...Very nice write though.

Your poem made me laugh but it also made me think. I like it. Although it's funny, it has a deep message. And I agree. Humans are animals.
