Write for yourself

Why write?
Why give a part of yourself?
For others? i dont think it matters quite too much
If its an uninspired touch
its selfish, its unoriginal
It will not ever make them hypnotised
To need your poetry validified.

But when you write for yourself,
its beautiful
independant from loss
selfless,
benevolent,
It helps your soul, it breaks the walls of time
Its a bridge
A bridge to nowhere,
A bridge to somewhere,
to the people we miss
and to the people who miss us,
To your first love or kiss.
and those that arnt with us,

When you write for yourself its a beautiful song
But most of all,
when you write for yourself, you cant be wrong.
