Forgiveness?

These thoughts that are in my head I can not speak out,
These feelings that are in my heart I can not sort out.
I've been hurt and abused for a very long time,  
Without any reason without any rhyme.
Though I have never been given any breaks,
They taught me how to make plenty of mistakes.
Though they have blamed me for their own,
This guilt in my soul no one has known.
I have forgiveness for all things done you see,
But self forgiveness is foreign to me.
