One Good Resolution
I will not talk to another girl with feelings-
I will not look into another girl with killings.
No more I will long for a filmy love marriage-
No more I will think about my arranged marriage.
I will never even attempt to befriend a girl-
I will never even think about such a whirl.
No oomph, no sigh-
No hello-high, only goodbye.
Don’t look at me like this-
I am fine, leave me please!
[b]“One Good Resolution”, is a plain poem with its content pretty clear in the script itself. It is a romantic poem with a negative accent. The narrative technique might sound quite astonishing because it does not leave any impression to the reader at the first reading. But the more and more you will repeat the read, you will actually fall in love and romance with the poet himself. So my intention is pretty clear, I will not fall in love and you will fall in love with me. Take care.[/b]

Well, I fell in love with you and your poetry a long time ago, Anando, so in that sense you've already reached your goal! Good poem, the rhyme scheme really works and this is cleverly constructed; this struck me as a somewhat sad, but also tender and lovely, romantic poem.

as when I composed this one I was really sad. However, I have now taken the front-seat and enjoying with what has been left behind. I am optimistic Jack and I am enlightened with your comments. Thank you so much.

Happy to know that you have enjoyed this one. I do agree, it could have a better ending. Let me fall in love for it, once again, and compose a sequel with a better ending. Keep reading me dear.
