Change

It is hard to watch the sun rise another day
Life should not play out in such a way
Feels I have been abandoned all my years
No one really listens when I speak
My cries, they jusst can't hear
Day after day, I am alone
More withdrawn as the days drag on
Accepting my pain, feeling no one cares
I continue holding on
How long...I don't know
Begging God to give me strength
Or better yet....let me fade away
